2) USE Migration Tools before to backup your setup uninstall old edition but dont the old license and folders BUT ITS NOT GUARANTEED

1) uninstall all components
2) uninstall RAD Studio 10.3 completly, restart pc, delete all Embarcadero folders (include in "Users - Public / <<your user>> -> Embarcadero subfolders in Local and Roaming ", "ProgramData", or any other place on MSWindows
3) delete Embarcadero / Borland / InPrise / CodeGear ( Embarcadero old-names )"keys" in Registry in HCU / HLM roots
4) It's ready! restart pc and install new edition 10.3.1
enjoy it!

-- ProgramData ( see the folders with names like GUID format ) -- Local and Roaming in "Users" (your user name) -- Public to another files -- Some suites, like TeeChart when uninstall it, let the BPL in Windows \ System32 / WoW64 folders
-- Pay attention in "Licence" folders = for all Embarcadero apps installed!
Anyways, search all folders by Embarcadero name or GUID with files Embarcadero into it! ( rigth click on file and see if developer is Embarcadero )
