With the Delphi 2007 Update 3 aka RAD Studio 2007, the Installer forgets to extract the System.pas source code for all localizations (except English). This causes the Debugger to ask for the System.pas source code and then jump into the CPU View.
Furthermore CodeGear introduced a bug that disables the default context menus for TEdit, TMemo, TComboBox, ... Thus, the user cannot right click on the controls to get his Cut/Copy/Paste/Delete popup menu.
The Inofficial RAD Studio 2007 Patch fixes the context menu bug by binary patching Controls.dcu, Debug\Controls.dcu and vcl100.bpl. It replaces the Debug\System.dcu by the release System.dcu so the debugger will ignore the missing System.pas
