Information : Since 2004, this package has been successfully used to create software for laboratory instruments, including for connecting equipment to a personal computer, and has been constantly expanded with third-party components. The issue of licensing the package remains open, since the Delphi 7 environment is not officially supported, however, all components in the package are full working and tested versions. The environment installer is quite interactive and is designed as a Web interface. In case of difficulties with the installation, please read the readme.doc file.

We do not execute the first step of the installer, users unsubscribe that on some assemblies of the Win10 OS there are problems with access to the C:\ drive
Apparently Microsoft changed the icalcs program
The assembly is fully functional from without the first paragraph with the launch from under the administrator.
