Features of Lite version
Due to the rapid expansion of Delphi installation volume in the XE5 era (complete installation is close to 10G, program files and installation cache exceeds 20G+), packaged in the past, the lite volume of XE5 is 1.xG, which is close to the theoretical limit of PE image, and the current XE5 supports x86, x64 , osx, ios, android, and many other platform functions, it is not easy to tailor according to the tastes of netizens (win32only, winonly, …)
After weighing and comparing multiple schemes, it was decided that starting from v8.x, only inno was used to encapsulate the main functions of Delphi (complete x86 + other supporting components, registry, etc.), installation files for other platforms and functions (x64, osx, ios, android) ) Supported by 7z plug-in: only need to ensure that there are related 7z files next to the lite exe during installation (the file name cannot be changed), and the corresponding functions can be selected and installed during the installation process (this means that if there is only one exe, Installed is win32only, one more Ext.X64.7z, install optional x64 support, and so on)

Hardware Requirements

RAD Studio requires at least:

1.6 GHz or faster processor
1 GB of RAM
Between 6 GB and 60 GB¹ of available disk space.
11-capable video card that runs at 1024×768 or higher resolution

You can run RAD Studio on the following versions of Windows:

Tip: You can use a virtual machine that hosts one of the supported versions of Windows to run RAD Studio on other platforms. To develop FireMonkey projects, your virtualization software must provide direct access to the host GPU.
